My art builds on experience and interaction with nature. I seek ways of capturing, documenting, observing, and depicting its vast and complex system so that I might – in the slightest – convey its true beauty. I do this in hope to better engage people with nature, by increasing their perception of nature through (perhaps our strongest) sense of visualisation, with a lifelong body of work that embodies this aim. With a new set of eyes when viewing the natural world, I hope to increase ones understanding of the world, thus deepen their appreciation for the life we live and our place along with our constant companion.
